As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales. The candidate will actively engage with potential clients, explain property features, pricing, and payment plans, and guide them throughout the buying process. You will also be responsible for building strong customer relationships, following up on inquiries, and ensuring smooth deal closures.

Key Responsibilities as Field Sales Executive:
- Generate leads through site visits, & references
- Conduct property site visits with potential buyers
- Explain property features, pricing, and payment plans to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Coordinate with internal teams for the documentation and deal closure
- Achieve the monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain the records of client interactions and site visits
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of real estate market (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- Experience in sales (real estate preferred but not mandatory)
- Must know languages like English (Mandatory) , Hindi (Mandatory), Kannada (Optional), Additional Languages is plus point.
