About the Role
We are looking for a smart, execution-focused intern who can handle HR coordination, AI-assisted workflows, and personal branding content for the Founder.
This role is ideal for someone who wants real startup exposure, not just a certificate.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ HR & People Operations (≈30%)
- Coordinate hiring for interns and field roles
- Draft offer letters, experience letters, and HR documents
- Maintain attendance, basic HR trackers, and employee records
- Support internal engagement (appreciation posts, announcements)
2️⃣ AI & Automation Support (≈40%)
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Notion, etc.) to:
- Draft LinkedIn posts, blogs, emails, and captions
- Create content frameworks and templates
- Assist in organizing content systems and simple workflows
- Improve productivity using AI (no coding required)
3️⃣ Personal Branding & Social Media (≈30%)
- Convert founder’s ideas, voice notes, and rough inputs into:
- LinkedIn posts
- Instagram captions, stories, and basic reels
- Design clean visuals using Canva
- Maintain a simple content calendar and posting schedule
🎯 Who Should Apply

- Final-year student or recent graduate (BBA / MBA / Mass Comm / BCA / Engineering or similar)
- Comfortable with English writing
- Familiar with ChatGPT / AI tools
- Basic Canva knowledge
- Organized, disciplined, and execution-oriented
