About the Role
We’re looking for a smart, execution-focused intern to work closely with the Founder’s Office.
This is not a typical “light” internship. You’ll get real exposure to how a startup runs — from hiring and people operations to AI-assisted workflows and personal branding.
If you enjoy responsibility, learning fast, and using AI tools to get work done efficiently, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Work On
1. HR & People Operations (≈30%)
- Coordinate hiring for interns and field roles
- Draft offer letters, experience letters, and basic HR documents
- Maintain attendance, trackers, and employee records
- Support internal engagement (announcements, appreciation posts)
2. AI & Automation Support (≈40%)
Use tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Notion, etc. to:
- Draft LinkedIn posts, blogs, emails, and captions
- Create content templates and frameworks
- Organize content systems and simple workflows
- Improve productivity using AI (no coding required)
3. Personal Branding & Social Media (≈30%)
- Convert founder’s ideas, voice notes, or rough inputs into:
- LinkedIn posts
- Instagram captions, stories, and basic reels
- Design clean visuals using Canva
- Maintain a simple content calendar and posting schedule
Who Should Apply
You’re a good fit if you:
- Are a final-year student or recent graduate (BBA / MBA / Mass Comm / BCA / Engineering or similar)
- Are comfortable writing in English
- Have basic experience with ChatGPT or other AI tools
- Know Canva at a basic level
- Are organized, disciplined, and execution-oriented
This role is NOT for you if you:
- Only want to edit reels
- Avoid using AI tools
- Need constant hand-holding
- Are looking for a very light or casual internship
