Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing vendors and suppliers for materials and services
- Support in obtaining quotations and comparing prices
- Help prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records
- Coordinate with vendors for order placement, delivery, and follow-ups
- Maintain inventory tracking and stock records
- Assist in negotiating pricing and payment terms (under supervision)
- Ensure timely procurement to support project and operational needs
- Work closely with accounts and operations teams for smooth processesRequired Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a degree in BBA / B.Com / MBA / Supply Chain / Engineering
- Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Prior internship experience in procurement or operations
- Knowledge of vendor management or inventory systems
- Interest in solar or electrical industry
